Ashley Reaves, President and Owner of Reaves Realty Group, is a proud Houston native with deep roots in the Spring Champions area. Having lived in and around the Montgomery area her entire life, Ashley brings a personal touch and unparalleled local expertise to every transaction.

With 13 years of experience in real estate, she previously worked in the medical field, where she developed a keen attention to detail and a passion for helping others—a skillset that seamlessly transitioned into her real estate career. Ashley's dedication to her clients goes beyond just buying and selling homes; she is committed to providing exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Claire Finchler brings a global perspective, a strong financial background, and boundless energy to her role as a Realtor® with Corcoran Genesis in The Woodlands. Originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, Claire relocated to Texas in 2012, first settling in Katy before moving to Tomball in 2020. Her international roots and diverse professional experience give her a unique lens through which she helps clients find the perfect place to call home.

With a degree in Business from Robert Gordon University and a successful prior career as a Senior Project Accountant in the Oil & Gas industry, Claire offers clients a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and excellent organizational skills—assets that translate seamlessly into her real estate practice.
