About Kyia Rosandich

Kyia Rosandich is a seasoned real estate professional with a creative spirit, entrepreneurial drive, and a deep commitment to helping clients feel truly at home. As a proud member of the Reaves Realty Group at Corcoran Genesis, Kyia brings over 15 years of experience in home-focused services, along with five years of dedicated work in residential real estate.

Originally from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Kyia now calls Spring, Texas home, where she has lived with her family for the past five years. Her journey into real estate was a natural evolution from her long-standing work in home staging, décor, organization, and rehab consulting. Prior to that, she co-owned and operated a successful recreation rental business in DFW with her husband—a decade-long venture that sharpened her leadership, operations, and customer service skills.

Kyia’s approach to real estate is both hands-on and heart-centered. She combines market knowledge with an eye for design, helping clients see potential in properties while guiding them through the transaction process with honesty and enthusiasm. Whether it's finding the right buyer or transforming a space for market readiness, Kyia thrives on making a difference in the lives of those she serves.

Outside of real estate, Kyia lives life to the fullest. She enjoys wakeboarding, snow skiing, riding ATVs, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. She’s also passionate about DIY projects, redoing furniture, and learning new creative skills. Kyia has been married to her husband, Josh, for 14 years, and together they raise their son Gage, stepson Nicolas, and their energetic boxer pup, Sadie.

Fun fact: Kyia was born on Christmas Day and is the oldest of six siblings, a fitting reflection of her warmth, leadership, and strong family values. She is excited to bring her experience, integrity, and personal touch to Corcoran Genesis and looks forward to serving her clients with dedication and heart.
